Return Policy:
On domestic orders, we offer returns for store credit 7 days after the item was marked delivered. A $8 return shipping fee will apply if an exchange is needed. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if there is an error in your order, please contact our customer service team via email at support@alta.clothing within 7 days of receiving your order with your:
1. Order number
2. Full name order was placed under
3. Picture of defective product or incorrect order
We will work diligently to find a satisfactory resolution to ensure your satisfaction and refund for this product that was messed up on our end.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
