Shipping:
We appreciate your inquiry and would like to provide you with detailed information regarding the estimated shipping time. With items listed as Pre-Made, please allow at least 5 business days (excluding weekends) for all orders to be processed and shipped. This means, if you have ordered on Friday, expect all orders to be shipped that following Friday. For all items listed as Pre-orders, please allow 5-6 weeks for production and shipping times.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. So please, keep in mind the shipping times stated above and make sure you are putting the correct address at checkout.
If an item is returned back to sender due to customer inputting incomplete address, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee to have it sent back to you with the correct address.
International
Taxes and Duties are not included in the price, and may apply for many international countries. Please be aware of this, and understand that ALTA is not responsible for paying any Taxes or Duties fees. Once product is shipped, it is up to the customer to pay these fees (if applicable) to receive their item(s). If the package returns to sender because of failure to pay duties and fees, you will have to pay the cost to re-ship the item if customer would like it to be re-shipped.

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled.
Please note, ALTA is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process to avoid any possible mistakes when it comes time to ship your package.
